For more than two decades, Dr. Russ Irwin has helped executives, high-performing individuals and organizations understand the patterns shaping performance, relationships and wellbeing.
His work brings together psychology, human behavior, neuroscience, executive development and trauma-informed care to create change beneath the surface. Russ is often sought out by leaders who need a confidential, sophisticated space to examine what is happening beneath the demands of achievement.
Through Irwin & Associates, he also works with executive teams and organizations to strengthen leadership, restore identity and build healthier cultures. Alongside this work, Russ has taught psychology and behavioral-science courses and mentored emerging business and health professionals.

For Russ, this belief is deeply personal. Having survived severe childhood poverty and abuse, he brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. This perspective informs his conviction that people are not broken, meaningful change is possible and sustainable success begins with wholeness.
The goal is not to shame a pattern away. It is to understand what that pattern once protected, create the safety and awareness needed for a new response, and help the individual, or the system, operate from identity rather than survival.
